How we approach commercial renovation plumbing

Early Scope Planning
We review drawings early — before walls and finishes are finalized. Plumbing constraints identified early save cost and schedule disruption later.
Written Proposal
Written scope of work with clear inclusions, exclusions and pricing. No surprises on invoicing — what's included is what's in the proposal.
Permits & Coordination
We obtain required permits and coordinate inspections with the GC's construction schedule. Inspection timing is planned to keep the project moving.
Completion & Documentation
Trim-out, system commissioning and written documentation of all work performed. Ready for occupancy with everything working and inspected.

Renovation plumbing done on schedule, on scope.

Licensed & Insured
Licensed commercial plumbers. Permits obtained and inspections coordinated on all renovations requiring permits.
Written Scope
Written proposals with clear scope — what's included, what's excluded, how changes are handled. No ambiguity.
GC Integration
We work within the GC's schedule — not around it. Site meetings, RFI responses, coordinated inspections.
Ontario-Wide
Commercial renovation plumbing across the GTA and Ontario — offices, retail, restaurants and mixed-use buildings.

Commercial renovation plumbing — common questions

We integrate our scope within the GC's construction schedule — attending site meetings, responding to RFIs and coordinating plumbing inspections around the overall project timeline. We treat communication as a core part of the job, not an afterthought.
Yes. Plumbing renovations in Ontario require permits when plumbing systems are altered or extended. We obtain the required plumbing permits, coordinate inspections with the local authority having jurisdiction, and ensure all work complies with the Ontario Plumbing Code.
As early as possible. Plumbing affects structural layout — drain locations, stack positions and supply routing must be coordinated with the architectural drawings before walls and floors are finalized. Last-minute plumbing changes on a renovation are expensive and disruptive.
Rough-in is the installation of supply and drain pipes within walls, floors and ceilings before finishes are applied. Trim-out (or trim stage) is the installation of fixtures, faucets and exposed fittings after finishes are complete. Both stages require separate inspections on permitted work.
Yes. We can phase plumbing work to minimize disruption to your operations — completing work in sections, maintaining partial service during construction, and scheduling disruptive work during off-hours where feasible. We discuss phasing options during the planning stage.
